Our shipping charges are based on the merchandise total shipped to a single address. We will choose a carrier (US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx Ground) based on cost and efficiency to your area. In-stock merchandise is typically shipped within 24 hours, with delivery usually within several days, depending on your location. You will be notified within 24 hours if any merchandise is out of stock.

We have many items in our store that are not listed on the website. if you have special requests for merchandise, please let us know. We also offer some quantity discounts on specific items. For instance, we have had customers order several hundred of a specific item for wedding favors.
Return authorization must be received before sending an item back to us for a refund or replacement. Returned merchandise must be in original condition. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt to receive a refund or store credit. Please contact us immediately regarding any damaged or defective merchandise, or for any errors in shipping. We will work hard to resolve any problems.
